Sent him some parts and he now does not return PM's or E mail. Anyone have a contact phone #. I just want to get my parts so i can get on with things.
 
I think he's having some issues right now, I'm sure he will contact you soon.
 
Well its been over a month since i last had contact with him. I need my parts back as the truck is not driveable without.
 
Dont sweat it, he and i talked yesterday, i too have been trying to get ahold of him.

He works long hours @ ats and has a lot going on right now, he knows he owes parts and money to a few. He is working steady to pay everything off, so give it another few weeks or a month he will come though. He is a good guy, and he trying to do right. give him some space you will get your stuff.
 
He paid me right away for the manifold I made him and he seems like a pretty good guy. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
 
that's easier said than done when you're not waiting for a MONTH for parts... we don't all have multiple trucks at our disposal. If you owe people money, you sell parts to pay them... you don't install new parts on your race truck

Forest I agree with you on this, that is the way I run my business and my personal life too. I don't know what is going on that he wouldn't be paying or returning the parts. I know everything has it own set of circumstances. I have seen him posting on Face Book so you might be able to contact him on there.
 
I agree with paying for parts right away and delivery of parts.Hope everything works out for both parties .



He posted on his race build yesterday.
 
No surprise there. ATS is nothing but a bunch of douchebag theives anyway. If he has time to post on threads that interest him but can not return Pm's or emails to someone he owes parts to he is a POS. Plain and simple.

This is a personal deal anyways. Nothing to do with ATS.

I'm sure he will, it just seems like BS for someone with that much money at their disposal to hold somebody's parts hostage :(
 
Hey guys... I have pm'ed the original thread starter... and I have also given him my cell number... this doesn't not at all reflect whom im employed with and this was a deal that started before I work for ats... and I waited for this one of part to show up to modify it... as wade said im so busy its unreal and I haven't worked on my race truck in a month because I have to much going on and I owe money to one guy for something he built me... I had an unfortunate event that took the bit I had saved to pay this person off and get back to work on it.. so that's why I work all the time and have no time for anything.. this fella sent me a charge pipe for a cummins in a ford and wants a spool aid.. which is being done and im not working this weekend so I can finish it... if anyone else wants to talk crap be my guest but at least have the balls to get in my face.. I promise you it wont go as you dream in your heads.. to other guys thanks for the good words.. ppl who know me understand the situation..

pay up or shut up. we all have busy lives. Ignoring the problem doesnt make it go away. Theres a reason my trucks not finished and i have good friends in the tranny business that are more than willing to give me the tranny that i need but until i HAVE the money, no tranny is built.

PS id be glad to get in your face......................
 
That's a real nice way to deal with a situation you created... Oh there's always someone that is bigger and harder than you....so keep the childish comments to yourself....
 
Anyways so its all clear... I don't owe this guy money nor has he paid either... when the charge pipe is finished if he still wants it to be modified then I will expect a payment until then no moneys have exchanged to this day...

thats all fine and dandy but you need to keep the communication open as you have HIS parts and thats just as good as money. if you were producing the part and he was waiting to pay you for it, no problem but as long as you have HIS property, your excuses are not valid.
