anyone know the torque spec on the exhaust manifold bolts?

Use anti seize and torque to 32 ft-lb

They are 10mm bolts going into cast iron. You don't need them ridiculously tight.

It's 32 ftlbs plus never seize.

11---7---3---2---6---10

Yeah, 32#... Seems insanely low every time I think about it.
