Im trying to put 35 spline axles in but im having trouble finding seals. The tubes are bigger diameter than the older dana 60's. An Ideas?

Right. What I'm getting at is that some 02's didn't have CAD and had 32 spline axles...maybe a different part number for those seals?

Thats what I've heard but i cant find that seal number

NAPA is showing 14694 and 19208.

14694 is listed as "w/o vacuum disconnect".

On a side note, if you do have 32 spline axles, I'm looking for a set.

I am looking into the the 35 spline also. What are you getting them out of?

EMS Offroad...That is what I got my freespin hub kit, and full inner and outter 35 spline shafts from...The shafts are Moser units...

I bought an extra set of their seals just to have them...

If I can't find a set of 32 spline, I am going to get a 35 spline set from EMS out of Danville, PA.

if your not far away drive down and talk to them...make sure 100% of the kit is in stock, it took me 4 months to get everything cause of back orders...

depending on what you're getting here's some info that may benefit you:

double check to see if the stub axle ends are chamfered--my driver's side engaged my lockout on the freeway at 65mph--not good--unfortunately they didn't tell me to do that until I called them about it--slightly miffed---

and Loganstanforth is right about making sure everything is there--they didn't send me the seals and we used some that mic'd out, but they didn't work--leaked the diff fluid out--again miffed---

when I bought my kit 2-3yrs ago for my '99 they didn't have the ABS hook up, so my ABS and Brake light are on all the time, I think they have that taken care of now, but I'd ask to make sure

again this is just info for you guys who may need it---chris
