Anyone running 16cm on HX35s

Taking my truck back to stock, wondering if any one is running a 16cm housing, I thinking a 14cm would be better, but I already have a 16, wonder hoow it will spool.

I put one on a first gen truck. With an auto, it spools nice. Manual would not be so nice.

yeah, mines a manual. I do have a HRVP44 on it though abd plan on running some 100hp ish injectors.

I would think it would be ok...Maybe even let the exhaust flow a little better and keep the drive pressure in check.

or keep the 12, drill through the divider in the exhaust housing, and dremel out the wastegate port to about 1"

worked pretty damn good for me, doing a good gasket match helps a ton too

Leave that 16 housing on there. It will be just fine.It may be a little slower to get goin, but your EGTs will be cooler.

yep mine runs a little cooler after goin to the 16cm too

i've got one on my stairs i need to install on my 5spd. I hope it takes care of my EGT's
