My friend just ordered a vp44 through Advance Auto [don't ask, I tried to tell him] They are A Cardone built vp44's. Anyone use one?

Some of the advance stuff had lifetime warranties. It might not be that bad, exchanges would be easy.

i cant even get a stupid fuel pump to last more than a year in my wifes grandmas old car. Hell it just went out yesterday while i was washing it for her. Now its setting in her yard til we get another one for it. Put one in my dads truck it lasted a day. If it wasnt a pain in the azz to change, never mind just let us know how long it last

Brothers truck just crapped the VP. Where is this Advanced Auto? $910 is about $200 cheaper than anywhere around here.

Thanks,

J.D.

Cardone is the primary rebuilder for everything from CV shafts to water pumps and everything in between. Honestly, their quality control scares the crap out of me.

Me too, but my friend is gonna be the guinea pig.
