Anyone want a flatbed in PA?

I just bought a 98 ext. cab 12v truck to build a 1 ton dump truck out of. It has a really nice diamond plate [black steel] flatbed with headache rack and a 5th wheel hitch. I need it gone to make room for the new dump bed. $800. or trade for a good nv4500 4x4, dump hoist or other parts like red fenders, etc. + cash.
