jktcummins brought this to my attention, and i was just curious if this solved anyone elses APPS issues?? :

U might check out this.

https://www.atsdiesel.com/PDF/120505...%2047%20RE.pdf

When i did this i checked the voltage at the APPS and no matter how much i adjusted it the voltage stayed the same. I am pritty sure it fixes all the issues regarding the voltage. Or atleast thats what i think.

okay for some reason i cannot get the pdf file to come up using that web address...let me try something else

When ATS told me to do this i was seeing some wired shifting issues. At one point when i was trying to find what was making my truck surge i descied to check the voltage to the APPS. When the wires for this fix are all hooked up the voltage across the APPS stay the same. I have found other fixes for the apps that say to clock the sensor to gain the correct voltage.

I think that by doing this you get the correct voltage from the apps to the pump all the time.

Thats just my thoughts. Let me know if i am wrong.

yea i have heard about the clocking method but not the wire method

The cutting wires. I've already rotated the housing as far forward as I could to adjust the voltage.

Cause DTT sent something with the valve body I bought years ago about adjusting the APPS sensor. Mine was .3 volts low and I turned it up to where it was supposed to be and the truck felt peppier. I put a how to up in the tech articles section.
