APPS Voltage range?

I am fighting a defueling issue and have tested my APPS voltage. I'm at 0.4 volts ad idle and onlt 3.5 volts at WOT. Shouldn't it be at 5 volts at WOT? I have searched alot and found all kinds of info on the idle volts, but nothing for WOT volts.

Does any one know how many volts is should be at WOT??????

Did you check your volts?

Checked it at idle and it was dead on. WOT pegged the meter and we couldn't get any readings. Are you sure it's not supposed to be at 3.5v at WOT?

It should be .5V at idle (or whatever is printed on your APPS), and 3.5V at WOT.

My factory one was .543v. The new one is .431v. Both at idle.
