APPS wiring auto to manual ECM

Does anyone know how to wire the auto APPS plug once it has been switched over to the manual trans ECM. I have the pin out for the ecm, but I can only find 3 common pins for A/T and M/T ECM. The 3 problems im having with the A/T APPS is I need Idle and not idle wires and sensor ground. These 3 wires are not the same on the M/T APPS.
