The apps is the black box above the ip whit the three cables for the throttle right?
The whats the tps?
 
The APPS is the TPS. The AP stands for Accelerator Position. And yes, that is the APPS under that plastic cover above the IP.
 
TPS vs. APPS...a little more technical

TPS is only found on 12V mechanical fueled engines with auto transmissions and is nothing more than a potentiometer used strictly for transmission operation. APPS is found on the '98.5-current 24V electronic controlled engines, it controls the engine and transmission and is more complex than a TPS due to the fact that it has multiple switches built in to it.
