Joined Nov 5, 2007 Messages 3,419 May 23, 2010 #2 12v are one set of holes back further on the intake manifold than the 24v, so the angle won't be quite right, the mounting surface for the intake is also higher on a 12v head than a 24v, so there might be hood clearance issues, but that is unlikely.
