Item is Brand New it has been reboxed and assembled. ATS Multi-Piece Pulse Manifolds for the Dodge Cummins application have pulse exhaust flow design, helping to spool up the turbocharger sooner with less exhaust backpressure and increase fuel efficiency. This pulse manifold design eliminates the problems with shrinking and breaking, as well as cracking and gasket issues. Part #: ATS-M59-24WF

This manifold is the wide T4 flange, the manifold is NOT tapped for the turbo. It is an You will have to drill and tap the manifold to bolt your turbo on. Just wanted to clarify, I left it out of the first post this manifold is for the 98.5-02 24 Valve. I'm not real sure why its not drilled or tapped for the turbo.

where did u come across these boogers that udk y they r not tapped and drilld already i am interested just curious...
 
I'm a diesel mechanic and from time to time get some good deals from my vendors. I really don't know why they don't come drilled and tapped.
 
You can buy them this way , because if you are running an odd turbo application you don't have to run a custom spacer plate. Just match it to your turbo flange!
