ATS 5 Star Torque Converter with 0 miles

I have an ATS 5 Star torque converter that I bought used off of a member here and had him ship straight to Garmon for an inspection and refresh. In the mean time I bought a truck with a built tranny and converter. In my understanding and according to ATS's website this converter will work in a 47re and a 48re. I originally purchased it for a 48re. The converter has 0 miles since refresh and inspection. I am asking $1000.

Previous owner said it had about 15k miles on it when I bought it. The guy seemed pretty honest. He said the converter was fine but I chose to refresh it anyhow to insure it didnt put any trashy fluid in my tranny.

Stock stall. I doubt ATS would honor their warranty since we arent the original owner, but im unsure. Goerend honored their warranty on a conveter I bought used in the past.
