Donor truck. And you can find people on this website that will go in it with you to switch everything around in both trucks as well.

manual trans, shifter, master and slave cylinder, driveshaft length changed, t-case input shaft and bearing, flywheel, clutch(of your choice). if you dont find a doner truck your pcm might freak out because of the trans connectors not being connected. you will also need to re-wire the neutral safety switch so the truck will start. t-case linkage will need to be changed as well. i'm sure i'm forgetting something, but thats most of it
