Where can I get aftermarket axle shafts for a ford Dana 80 broke one on the first good pull with my new setup

If you don't street the truck and you aren't bound by rules just put a big rear end in it and be done. Good axles will run you $1200+ and to do it right you should do 37 splines, do that requires new side gears at the min, or a new carrier or spool.

Go the 37 spline route.
