B&M quicksilver ratchet shifter with a mount that will work in 94-97 dodge without removing the center console. Comes with the shifter cable and a homemade bracket that can be used on 47re transmissions and I'm assuming 47rh as well. Not a show piece but it worked fine for me. $175 shipped
