i got a bad vibration you can mostly feel slowing down 5 to 15 mph so i jacked up the rear end and it still did it. So im assuming rear u joints? But its only a 2010 with 37000 miles on it, has anyone elae had problems? And im having a problem finding diffrent u joints. Everyones saying u have to get them from a dealer but i dont want those junkers again, anybody know of better ones that will last? Its a 2500 6.7cummins, thanks for any help

Orielly seals precision u joints. Get them. And just cause it has 37,000 miles doesn't mean stuff isn't going to break. I can take a brand new truck with <10 miles and find $500-700 worth of parts that needs replacing. If I pick thru it hard enough.

With your truck in neutral and parking brake applied. Try to lift up and push to the side on your drive shaft. You should see a little movement at the ujoint that is worn. If its even the problem. Don't forget to check the carrier bearing as well.
