I have the same Banks intake on my 1st gen. You will need to fabricate a pipe to make it work on any 89-02 truck. You could order the pipe from Banks if you use it on a 3rd gen. $.02

What kind of pipe would I have to fabricate? Would love to be able to fit this on my truck.

The bolt holes will be the same. The piping won't line up.

BTW; The one in the pic is a "high ram" not a "monster ram"
