I would like to remove my battery on passenger side because it is in the way of things. So if I run one battery what would be a good battery to run.

why not just move it back? or relocate it to the bed? I guess it all depends if the truck is a daily driver or not?

I have ran my truck for a year with only 1 battery. But I dont have any grid heaters though. I think that if you ran a good battery like a optima or really any good high capacity battery you will be fine!

If you willing to do some work. Just put a truck battery in it. Cheap and Powerful and found everywhere.

Also you could do 2 optima's on the frame rail. Seen a guy do it in Diesel power mag. Not a bad idea to free up room in the engine comp.

I was thinking of using a good interstate or optima battery but not sure what one to use and if I choose optima which one red, yellow,or blue top. I used to drive it everyday but have finally gave it a break and only drive it now and then. It does not have grid heaters in it either.

odessey and kenetik batteries are two other brands that would be comparible if not better than optima.

If you have no grid heaters, 1 battery will do you fine. And a topline interstate will work just fine for you, and be much less money than an optima
