Bd s467 with there cover vs Borg s467fmw

Just like Bd cover with the 90* built in,I'm planning on 850+ on a 05 6 speed cummins with hp tuners and the supporting mods. I'm gonna do a 2nd gen swap and wasn't sure on the difference between a regular Borg s467 billet and Bd s467 with there new 90* cover also I was thinking a .90 exhaust housing does that sound right?
