What is the average cost to bench a p7100? I have been debating on having it done and want to see if i could get a ball park figure. Thanks

From my experience it really depends on what you want to do with the pump. If you just want it benched to see where its at the cost would be minimal. However you are probably like most people and want the pump balanced while it's on the bench, this is where the time and money is involved. The last 913 pump I sent out was way out of balance and needed a few parts, it ended up costing around $500 which is by no means the max that it could have cost.

I was quoted around 5-600 bucks with them installing 5k gsk.... That was a while back by Columbus diesel

I'm curious as to who charges two seperate amounts. One cost to "run" it on the stand, and another cost to "balance" it?

We charge one price to put a pump on the stand. As long as no parts are physically changed, it doesn't matter what we do on the stand, it's part of the original cost of calibrating it...

Depends on the shop as mentioned, $300 at the shop I use to test and balance.

I'm glad all of these different threads are popping up with the same questions I'm wondering, lol.

Anybody with a rought estimate to balance and run, quick fill cam, 5K springs, and tune it to around 500-550cc's with some streetability.

Thanks

i was told around $500 from a well known guy. could go up dependent upon parts being needed.
