Best all out tuner?

Im looking at getting a 01 2500 with 24 valve, the guy said it has 120 horse injectors and a bigger turbo and it has 5" stacks. He said he never got a tuner for it, so I was just wondering if I get it, what is a good tuner to run?

As far as "tuners" go, the Smarty is the only way to go.

For fueling boxes, Quad Adrenaline or Edge Comp.

Don't do either without a better lift pump.
 
Thanks, I guess I didnt no there was a difference. What is the difference between a tuner and a fueling box?
 
Tuner plugs into OBD2 and reprograms stock computer. Fueling boxex plug into sensors and VP under the hood.
