best fuel economy mods

I run 50% free, filtered motor oil thru heat exchanger and geared lift pump. Runs great and cuts fuel cost in half.

With 50/50 diesel/oil, I get 15 to 20 mpg, which equals 30 to 40 on pure pump. And better power. Why slow down??

there's only so much you can do within a certain budget to get mileage out of these trucks, its like trying to make a brick aerodynamic.

The only PROVEN fuel savings mod in any diesel that I'll ever drive.

Before harassment begins...yes, I know that is a pic of a gasser.

Buy a 4-cylinder economy car....then you have a back-up when the hot-rod breaks down.

I recently acquired a bone stock RCLB 12v auto. I drive like a grandma in it and about 55mph down the highway. Last time I checked with lots of straight highway, handcalculated was 18.7 mpg. Small 235/85/r16 tires.
