best fuel filter for 2nd gen (stock location)

i bought a 2nd gen 12 valve (1994) and im going to do all the basic fluid and filter changes, for fuel filters i always used Wix, but i can also get baldwin locally too, does anyone have the micron ratings to compare them?

I also heard i could put on a bigger filter that would still fit but it wont accept the WIF sensor (i dont care anyways) if anyone knows about this or a part number let me know,

i plan on searching the filter spec books at the parts store if i need to

baldwin is the same or a little lower micron rating. i always run baldwin as we are a distributor for them at work. i think they are like a 2-5 micron filter on the fuel filters.

BF7921 is the one i used on my 12v its a little taller and fits in the stock location. doesnt have the port for the sensor but has a drain valve for any water that might be in it

Thanks! I work part time at a parts store that sells wix, and im a bus mechanic that has Baldwin so either way i can check the specs, but its nice to know the part number
