Well, the set up i got right now is far from working and just giving me problems.

I guess i need to find a boot that will hold and maybe make a 3" elbow to come off the turbo and mount to the boost tube. Thats at least the road i want to go down.

Anyone have a better way to mount one?? Nooed to try and get it done before Scheids....no sence it driving a truck that blows a boot over 10lbs of boost!

which side of the boot is blowing off? Turbo side or the intercooler pipe side? If its the inter cooler side, use a 90* elbow to the discharge tube on the cover. Then if you have access to a bead roller, roll a bead on the edge of the pipe and one about 1 1/2" from the end. If you do not have a bead roller, have a bead welded around the pipe in the same locations. Do this also to every pipe that doesn't have a bead on the ends.

factory cover or race cover, i have 3 to 3 and 3.5 to 3 90's good for 200psi with clamps in black or blue, PM me

That looks like what I need. I need to get some pictures....but it is far from pretty! I used what i had at the time to make it work. V band 90 and a stock intercooler boot...not the best or eaisest fit!
