So I got my entire motor together, ready to go. Got the motor to turn over, but for some reason Im not getting fuel. Primed my FASS system...good. Cracked the #1 injection line and nothing is comming out. I do how ever have fuel comming from the return line. I even tried cracking the #1 line at the pump and nothing was comming out. Is there a better way to prime the p-pump?

I took the return off the head, and let the electric pump shove fuel though whit holding it WOT. Then after all normal priming means fail.....ether the *****

We did use a bit of ether on it, but once that burned up....it would die! And we do have plenty of fuel coming out of the return ( that how we found a little leak)

Im gonna try and get the batteries chaged back up because the guy I have the truck at has been using my batteries for his trolling motor all spring!!!!

Guess Im just gonna have to keep cranking with it to the floor til it fires!!!!!

Now if I could just figure ot what is causing this...............

Did you have your FASS lines off?? If so, maybe you have the return and feed lines crossed. I hate to admit it, but it happened to me.

I did have them off, but Im positive they are not swaped. Fittings are 2 different sizes. But to tell you the truth....Im gonna check anyways because crazyer things have happened!!!!

Make sure the kill leaver is moved full swing. We had a problem before where the leaver lacked just a little bit from being fully open and would not allow the truck to run.
