Whats the best years for performance? And to get to medium power pretty cheap? Looking to put the engine in a tube chassis truck.

Any p-pumped engine would be great. They can all make good power.

Medium 500-700, Because I dont want throw the kitchen sink at and it run like chit. And it will probably just a bracket racer.

Have no idea how the truck will run with 350 or so extra lbs in the front.
