Big stumble

I put a 04 cummins in my fummins with 06 electronics. Truck starts and runs great at idle, but the first sign of throttle input and it stumbles, and smokes, and sounds like crap.I'm trying to figure out how to data log with efi to get more info right now.the smoke is gray in color, it starts out black and kinda goes to a light grey kinda white color..but zero smoke at idle..if I pull the fca plug it sounds like crap as I'd expect but when you give it throttle input it seems to throttle up a little better than with fca plugged in..I don't have any info on motor from before I got it other than it was a runner and had 98k on it. Motor is stock.
Any help I can get or a place to even start would help and I'd appreciate it.

I tried to download two videos of it starting and running..the exhaust is off right after turbo..
