Any way to run a longer oil filter on a 12 valve? Got a part number and application possibly?

Any cheap ways to put a remote oil filter on it and run a big truck filter...

What's cheap to you? For about 100 bucks I got a luber finer bypass filter and base. Its huge!

if you are willing to throw down 3 grand or whatever it is on your custom dash, an amsoil remote filter kit is chump change! lol

I haven't installed it yet, not sure where its gonna fit on my 2wd.

I could take some pics tomorrow, to give you an idea off

Why a longer filter Logan? You could add a single bypass filter if your interested in longer filter life? If your interested in the Amsoil filters or bypass setups let me know.

I don't care about the life of the filter, I am going to change it ever 3-5K anyways, I just want to up the capacity on the system and get away from the tiny factory one...

Ok was uncertain of your reasons, figured I was ask to clearify.

getting changed every 5k miles i used a Baldwin BT339 which was taller than the wix or napa ones i used to use and fit just fine. not sure what the capacity is gonna gain on an oil change every 3-5k miles but there is a little larger one than the factory one.

I'm going to change the filter, not the oil...
