Billete covernor solenoid

Has anybody tried the billet governor solenoid for 47/48re yet?

if so how do you like it and is there any difference in drive ability.. pros cons? looking at inexpensive good mods for trans

The GM solenoid is more robust and lasts longer than the Dodge solenoid.

does it bolt right in? also has anyone had experience with the one in the link?

I think it does but don't quote me. Call up DTT and ask them. I know they have started using that part. Don't know about the others.

Yes it bolts right in, no there is no difference in drivability. At least not in my truck.

The GM solonoid does last longer though, and it might even be cheaper too.

I have one don't have an opinion yet, one thing though if you have a lock-up sw and jumper the relay there is a Click click click sound that had us going crazy? so we put the relay back and the switch still works so everything is great? anyone else see anything like this?

Probably not, it will be a low budget build, if it goes back together.
