block heater question

this may be a worthless question but i have searched but no answers for my question, did all trucks come factory with the block heater, now i no some dont have the cord but do they atleast come with the element, and are most cords universal? like 5.9 to a 6.7 any thought would be appreciated thanks
 
the reason i put in the 2007.5 section is because the truck is a 2010 that my questions refer too
 
alot of them are labeled to fit all years

the few ive seen looked the same
 
do they all come from factory with the element atleast, becuase i know he doesnt have the plug but was just wondering if he even had the element
 
All you need is the cord. They have the element installed in the Dodges.
 
ok good deal ive been doin my research but have had both answers yes and no so i wasnt sure but thanks guys
