Blow by options

I noticed in the YouTube video of the 02 dodge for sale that it had a blow by tube where the filler cap should be. I was wondering if this was an addition to or a replacement of the factory messy bottle. If it is a replacement where can u find one? Thanks in advance.

Just run a tube past the axle, 4ft should be sufficient

I have two blow by's, one is on my tappet cover from when i did my p pump swap and the other in on the front cover. i used a stock 12v oil filler neck, turned up uspide down and plummed some oil lines to catch blow by
