complete bolt on bars, get longer u-bolts for the rear and drill 4 holes in the frame and bolt them on. bars are fixed, not adjustable. have tractor 3rd arm links on the ends, and i think its 2" tubing. I daily drove and pulled with them for 2 and a half years.
Design works best on an ECLB because the front mount goes on the slope of the frame and pushes the force up into the frame, but will work on ECSB or RCLB models...but you are on your own for mounting them
