Boost and fuel ?'s

I am still driving the truck in my sig and when driving the truck empty or loaded the truck will not get over 40 lbs of boost. It shoots right up to 40 lbs pretty quick really but it seems when it gets there that is just it. It also really doesn't matter if you are at 3200rpm or 2600rpm either. I put in new autometer gauges and I'm getting around 8 to 10 psi out of the bottom turbo. The top is a s300 62 inducer and 60 exhaust do not know the size of the housing b/c all of the casting marks are ground off before I bought it. The bottom is a s400 w/ a 26 cm housing. I'm wondering if 1, I'm running out of fuel b/c of the HO pump. 2 I'm putting in 150 DDP injectors to help w/ the fuel, 3 I'm not running a waste gate so maybe thats it, or 4 my intercooler will not let more than that through. I don't know but any help would be great.
 
Will the 150's that I am getting get me in the ball park or should I be in the market for 200's?
 
Would switching to an SO pump benefit me much or would I be better off getting a p-pump conversion. Also should I try to stack a smarty with my edge or sell it an buy an adrenaline?
