I have an '05 PSD Excursion and am wondering how much boost is too much...
I have a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust, EGT, trans temp and boost gauge, 4" lift, 35" tires, and 3.73 gears. No tuner, stock intake.
I just had the gauges installed and noticed 30+ psi of boost just towing my 19 foot ski boat up a hill. I'm a little concerned about what it's going to be when I tow my 8000 lbs, 30 foot travel trailer through the northern Arizona mountains next week.
Do I need to consider an overboost device?
