Boost Issues (he341)

few weeks ago i got my he341 turbo put on , ran awesome well got a little greedy and ended up blowing the turbo , got another he341 installed it and it runs just as good but its saying its not making no more then 5-10 psi , so i tried the he351 turbo i have and it still does the same thing , i pulled all boots and tubes out and even intercooler to see if their was any cracks or something where i would have a boost leak and tested them, i didnt find anything ! does anyone have any suggestions on what could be my problem ??

Check your boost reference line, that goes to the back of the afc. Also the waste gate line that goes from tge housing to the wastegate (if those are gated)

thanks ill check that line , would the boost reference matter though seems how i have a gutted afc ??
