boost issues with Htt 64/65/14

I have a issue with my turbo, it will only hit 35psi of boost. Here is whats on my truck ddp200 sticks, air dog 150, drag comp, electric fans, afe blade runner 5 inch exhaust with muffler, it has atleast 16 psi at wot, checked for boost leaks have none. The wastegate is supposed to be set at 42 from the factory. My question is, does HTT not set them at 42 sometimes? I should be able to spool this at its best potential with the setup I have. Dont have any tranny trouble either its not slipping at all. Thanks for the help.
 
Other than boost leaks, maybe waste gate stuck open. How much black smoke are you producing?
 
htt had waste gate issues with them bending. look at the actuator and the arm it moves. they should be at a 90 degree angle. if not it's possibly bent
 
ok I will check it out, that will prevent it from making full boost by only having it half closed right? Its just been a pain checking everything 100 times. Thanks for the info.
