boost/power ?? 2000 cummins

ok here's the deal.This is on my dads 2000 cummins, we put jammer 4's which are 100hp in it, along with a new turbo its the "dodgezilla" from city diesel, not sure of the inducer size but believe its a hx40 hybrid. The best boost i can get is 30lb WOT in a pull, and it has no smoke. I thought the jammers would be dumping plenty of fuel for excessive smoke any ideas here? Do i need something to fool boost or something?? Only other add on is a superchips. thanks for input.

4's are 125hp. your suppose to have something that fulls boost or you ll get a over boost code. but i drove the other day without my smarty and didint get it.

get a ez or something similar and it will smoke. SC is weak IMO
 
not getting any codes, yes i know the SC is weak but figured a little more fuel is better than none. thanks for the input man.

yeah i had one, i just dont know how aggressive it is.

my max egts with 50hp stix and SC were 1150.

Yes you need a boost fooler because superchips doesn't offer that function. Pretty much every box/ programmer except superchips will do this, so just try something else.
 
Pick up a used Comp box and listen to the tranny scream for mercy! LOL

BD power offers a Boost fooler. It's a easy plug & play and only $70 or so.
 
if all you wont is a boost fooler i think i have one out in the shop it worked just fine when i took it off let me look and i get back to you hows 35 bucks sound half price
 
well i already ordered a boost fooler from BD yesterday or i would take you up on the offer. thanks guys
 
is a boost fooler the same thing as a boost elbow? THats why mine wouldnt boost, didnt have the brass elbow on the turbo.
 
My jammer 4's smoke a bit without the comp or smarty on... At least till the turbo lights.... Your turbo probably spools quicker than mine so you might not see much at all... I don't remember what I run for boost numbers with the box and smarty turned off...
 
I have a 99. All I have is a edge juice & bd boost fooler, but I also have the turbo elbow pluged and I make 34lbs.of boost. also it is a auto tranny
 
either my edge or my boost fooler i brought before came with a elbow for the turbo but mine did not require the elbow so we stock it on my buddys 02 ho truck wonder why mine did not have have it where it was suppose to go it was a hard line if i remember right
 
yeah its nonwastegated guys where the boost elbow is suppose to be it is plugged
