Boost ?

I cant figure out why I am only seeing max. 44 psi of boost. Shouldn't I see more with the set up I have?

Turn up the Boost elbow,We had to do it now we get about 55-58psi.

I adjusted the waste gate already. Its not opening when I hit 44.

Is your head ported?

Boost is a restriction, and the less you can run and make the same power with, the better.

Teddy Bear on here has a ported head, 3pc manifold, and Helix 2 cam on his 12 valve. Even with his Phat Shaft 71mm charger he was only making 50psi, and it was clearing the smoke good.

Is yours clearing up? If it is, dont worry about it.
