Bore size

I was just wondering if anyone might now what the bore size of a stock 5.9 was. I am going to need a head gasket and wanted to make sure the block on my 94 had not been bored out. I didnt have a mic that was big enough but it measured out to 4 1/8 inches. Is there any way to tell from that if it has been bored out.

5.9L = 102mm ( 4.02" )

Headgasket bore is always the same. Cylinder wall bore changes. 4.02" is stock.
