My block is being bored .020 over and I was curious about clearance....

I know the 04.5 and up trucks have clearance issue...They are too tight so when things heat its not hard to score cylinders. I am curious what some of you guys are running as far as clearances.....Here is my setup everything is here except firerings and custom TC

.020 block with .020 over pistons TTS coating
TTS rods
Flux 5.1 modified bodies as well
ZZ fab intake with nitrous veins
Stainless diesel header
3 stage 250shot of nitrous
s400 turbo (don't know all specs but Chris at ED built it for this application)
balaced rotating assembly
Port and polished head new valve guides etc....
duel cp3's
Glacier diesel intake plate grid delete included
500psi twin water meth pump kit (4 nozzles)

I think that might be it on the motor but as always I am sure I am forgetting something....I have heard that people will clearance the back cylinder 5 and 6 more so than the others simply because they starve the most....At once clearance shoudl they be? I was thinking 6.5 thousandths would be good for all six but will that be to lose? Should I do something like 4.5 thousandths on the first for and 6.5 on last two?
