I have a brand new in the box, full set (6) complete New Stainless injectors for a 6.7lL. I have heard you can run these in a 5.9L with different tips but I can't say for sure.

I've heard that too, but I can't say for sure. I do know the tips are different atleast.

If I recall correctly from other threads, the tips "should" work in an 03-04 bowl....

And something tells me that the 5.9 head needs some minor machining?

can you post a pic of the injector please?
 
hmmm not sure what kind of machining is needed to get that in a 5.9 head. the injector hold down deal isn't there.
 
I know the hold down on 6.7L injectors comes off , unlike the 5.9L but I don't know if when the holdown is on the injector if it would line up or not.
 
I would take these if they fit a 5.9.. But just my luck, I will have to order new SS bodies tomorrow.
