second time out with my truck and i snapped the pinion shaft off. good thing i bought that dana 80! i kinda thought this would happen sooner or later with that 70. pullin pics 011.jpg

Hope that you get it fixed fast- theres alot more pulls to come! Your truck looked really good though, i was looking forward to seeing it run. Next time- Steven
 
Thanks man, it was good meeting you today. I started tearin it apart when i got home i want to try to get it back together ASAP. How did your second run go? i missed it.
 
sorry no video. it bent my traction bars also, they were made out of schedule 80 tubing.

Nice meeting you too- its good that you started the repairs.
Are you planning on pulling at the Buck?
I ended in first in the Mod class- 2nd place was 15' back from me. Will-Got Milk?- made an exhibition run after his Mod class pull that didnt go as well as he wanted and put 6 inches on me.

as of 2 weeks ago there was a dana 80 dually rear in a 3500 gasser work truck in a junkyard up my way, best part is that any rear from the junkyard is $65
 
Is it just the camera angle or are those some slick-azz Nittos? :hehe: Do they work out good?
 
i had bought a dana 80 from will behrens a while back good thing i did but i paid a little more than $65 for it haha

and yeah boy they are some slick ass nittos poor boyz got to use what they have
