bucking and then clears out

my friend has a 01 cummins 64/71 high tech turbo,fass fuel system,suncoast trans,gorend convertor,200hp injectors,blue chip fms box,ats manifold,4 inch downpipe/exhaust. I think thats about it. It wants to buck takes the motor up/down for about 60-80feet then it will clear up and take off any idea on what this might be?

the rpm will go up and down up and down and then hit 2nd and take off

It is called torque management.....
You need a BD RAD box or a smarty to over ride it.

At idle i have 17psi and at wot it drops to 11 or 12 psi.

:bang Sorry guys I skipped over the " Once it shifts into second it takes off" part. Torque management is def the issue. Between the two listed above I would go with the RAD box. I tried the smarty and it didnt seem to completely get rid of the TM.

I had a friend run the smarty on his 01 and it didn't take the TM away completelly.
