building a 6.4 ?

YAY not a dreamer! This will be an interesting build! Lavon who made your rods/ How thick is a deck plate and do you need custom studs for that also?

I would not decompress much if you can build the longblock to hold, I have a Deckplate 6.7L with 1" longer rods with a 6.7 crank in my truck, the longer rods lessen the rod angle and eliminates the need for a 6.4 build. I had Drew at D&J Precision Machine design and build the longblock and should be a platform to 2500HP. I'd be glad to share more info on my build if you have questions.

Interested in where this has gone….. Lot of ideas thrown around, hopefully there is an end result.
