I have a fresh built short block for sale. This can be directly swapped with an LLY, and from what i am finding out, if you switch to the 58 tooth reluctor wheel on the crank, it can be used with an LBZ and LMM. Here is a short list on the parts: It is a .020 over 04 LB7, cut/coated Mahle forged pistons w/ valve reliefs, custom camshaft, R&R Rods(TTS Rods), high pressure oil pump, So-Cal billet main caps, ARP main and heads studs, ATI Super Damper, i'll even thow in an ATS billet flywheel. And obviously it has all new everything such as gaskets, bearings, water pump, thermostats, etc. Here is a link to my ad on racingjunk.com for specifics.

No corners were cut in machining and parts selection since it was built to live comfortably on the track as well as the street at extremely high power levels. The short block has less than 1000 miles since built. I do not need any cores back so that will allow you to keep your engine as a spare or sell it off to help you with your costs. I would prefer to sell as a whole since everything is well matched and was designed to work together. Again, the whole motor is as fresh as it can get with only a trip back from the shop, back and forth to work a few times, and a couple of test hooks before i got out of pulling early last year. The motor is in my shop ready to be disassemled so this short block could be to your door in only a few days instead of waiting months at a backed up shop. Price is $14,000 and i will take care of shipping/delivery to anywhere in the lower 48. Bret 608-606-0900 Please call if you have any questions, I will be happy to talk with you. NO TEXTS.

Forgot to add, Paypal is preferred but can accept cash or credit card, buyer pays convenience fees.

It's tempting....would save a guy time and money! If I could I would. Bump for a good seller and deal.

Maybe this will bring the more serious people to the front of the line, now $11,500 shipped.

Would the forged pistons be ok for a street truck? Like a daily driver? Super interested just blew the motor on my lbz an want go back with the best of everything an this would be a good start

forged pistons are not ideal in a DD application. due to the ring lands of the forged pistons it is said that they need to be re-ringed every 30-40k miles. However, the price of this motor is way too good to pass up if you need a new motor and want to make some serious powa.
