Bushing Questions?

I have a 76mm s400 and want to bush it down to a 2.8. I want to be able to remove it fairly easily without having to remove the compressor housing. Do you guys have any pics of these. Would a set screw work inside the bushing ? I was thinking about making one on the lathe, just need a rough idea.

Is there anywhere on line that has these forsale? Might just be better to buy one then to make one.

You can easily make one yourself with a lathe. If you do it just right they slide in and stay put.

If you don't do it just right, a little bit of tape on the OD works.
