Just had a very involved transaction with Brian and let me just say it's damn refreshing to deal with a good guy that still knows how to treat folks right.
I flew from GA to STL to pick up a truck he was selling. He took off work and drove an hour and a half to pick me up. When I saw the truck he had totally undersold it. It was WAY nicer than he made it sound. Smooth transaction, but on my way home something happened to the truck that he couldn't have possibly known about. He (without hesitation) refunded 100% of my money and put me up for the night in his brother's house. By the time I returned to his house (2 1/2 hours) he had already booked me a flight on his dime (which BTW was a $400 flight) for the next morning. He then offered to fix the truck and drive it for a while to make sure it's good. Once that is confirmed, he offered to fly me back up there on his dime to get the truck, and pay for fuel to get me home.
What a great guy to deal with...really knows how to do business the right way.
