Cab lights leaking?

I went into the stealership to see about maybe getting a new seal for one of my cab lights cause i put some nite shade on them yesterday and one of them kept flaking... well i had it sitting on the counter and i somehow tore the seal.. anyways i asked if they offered a seal for it and when he was looking it up, a bulletin came up for cracked lenses and leaking lenses and there is a new cab light now.. i dont know when it came out but here is what it looks like... definately looks like it will keep the water out...

Those are factory 06 cab lights, not sure when they switched but my 06 has the second one and a friends dad's 04 has the other style. Since it was a bulletin did they replace all of them for free?
 
No.. He didn't say that.. But I just realized last night I bought 5 like $9 a piece.. Well I could have bought clear recons like I wanted for about $10 more:bang
