You need to measure from the front spring eyebolt mount to the center of the axle. If it's the same on both trucks they should work. Are both axles the same diameter? If not, the axle saddle will not work.
 
Most likely NOT.

Spring Eye's along with Spring widths may be different from the AA&M to DANA.

Calvert may be willing to sell you the bottom axle hangers and bushings you need but I've found it less headache to get a new set.

From what Calvert says, the Dodge trucks seem to change rear spring / hanger / configuration every 2-3 years and they have learned it's hard to keep up with the reasons for the changes to keep good cataloging.... that is why they always want a Dodge RAM 4x4 to be measured per order.
